Parnsip and Carrot Mash

Ingredients
3 Parsnips peeled and cut into chunks
4 Carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
50g Butter
  salt and black pepper

Method

Boil the parsnips and carrots in boiling water until tender. This will take around 15 minutes.  Drain well.

Using a potato masher, mash the boiled parsnips and carrots with a little butter, salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately.
