MethodPeel and dice the Celeriac and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes. Put the celeriac in an oval oven proof dish (or any other 1" deep oven proof dish large enough to take the celeriac etc). Pour the white sauce over the celeriac and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Also sprinkle with brown breadcrumbs. Bake at Gas mark 4 for 30 mins. Page last updated 15 December 2000 |
