Method
Combine all the ingredients together, except
the fat for frying, and mix thoroughly. Using floured hands,
divide the mixture into 8 equal pieces and shape each into 1cm
/ ½" thick flat rounds.
To freeze:
Place the hamburgers on a tray and open freeze. When frozen wrap
each individually then pack together in a polythene bag. Seal and
return to the freezer.
To serve:
Heat the butter or oil in a shallow frying pan and fry the
frozen hamburgers in the hot fat for 6-8 minutes on each side.
Alternatively grill under a hot grill for 89 minutes on each
side.
