Stilton Dip

Ingredients 1 tsp English Mustard
  1 large can Evaporated Milk, chilled
  2 small Red Peppers, chopped
  12 oz Stilton Cheese, grated
  pinch White Pepper

Method

Mix the mustard with the Evaporate Milk and whisk lightly.  Add the red peppers and Stilton - season to taste.

Serve with cucumber, pepper, carrot, celery, cauliflower and crisps
