MethodGrease a pudding basin with butter and place in the 3 tbps of Golden Syrup. In a mixing bowl place the sifted flour, baking powder, softened butter, eggs, sugar and black treacle. Mix until smooth. Spoon the mixture onto the Treacle. Cover with foil and steam in a pressure cooker for 6 minutes, pressure cook on low pressure for 10 minutes.
