| 4 | Medium Eggs - whites only | |
| 9.5oz | Caster Sugar | |
| 1¼ tsp | Vanilla Essence | |
| 1¼ tsp | Vinegar | |
| 1¼ tsp | Cornflower |
Preheat the oven to 140C or 275F, Gas Mark 1.
Place all the ingrediants into a mixing bowl and whisk at high speed until stiff. Then pipe the mixture onto a greased plate or tray and bake in the oven for at least 2 hours, more for dryer or browner meringues.
