| 4 oz | Margarine | |
| 4 oz | Caster Sugar | |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| Vanilla Essence | ||
| pinch | Salt | |
| 6 oz | Plain Flour | |
| 1 tsp | Baking Powder |
Cream the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one by one with a little flour and beat each well until light and fluffy again before adding the next. Add a few drops of Vanilla Essence and beat in.
Sift in the salt, plain flour and baking powder and fold in.
Bake in a greased flan mould for 20 -25 minutes at 350F
