| Ingredients | 1/4 pint | Milk |
| 25g | Sugar | |
| salt | ||
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 125g | Plain Flour | |
| 30g | Melted Butter | |
| 100g | Butter | |
| 10cl | Grand Marnier |
Put 2/3rds of the milk in a bowl and mix in the salt, sugar, eggs and flour. Beat hard and incorporate the rest of the milk, the melted butter and 3cl of Grand Marnier.
Cooke each crepe in a pan using butter and sprinkle with sugar and fold into quarters.
Place on an oven proof plate and pour on the rest of the Grand Marnier and set alight.
