| 250 g | Chocolate | |
| 6 | Eggs | |
| 3 tbs | Sugar | |
| 80 g | Melted Butter |
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water.
Separate the eggs and whisk the egg yolks and sugar. Add the chocolate and butter.
Beat the egg whites to stiff peeks and then fold into the mixture.
Put in a serving bowl and chill in a refrigerator.
