MethodSoak the Mustard Seed overnight in the vinegar. Chop or mince the apples, raisins and onions. Heat all the ingredients until soft enough to press through a colander. Pour into jars and store in a cool dry place. I found this very old hand made recipe book which my mother had put together. The pages had been duplicated on a Roneo or Gestetner.
