Lemonade

Ingredients
3 Lemons
1.5 lb Sugar
1 oz Citric Acid
1 pint Boiling Water

Method

Thinly peel the lemons and squeeze the juice.  Put the sugar and rind into a bowl and pour on the boiling water.  Stir until dissolved.  When cold strain the syrup.

Add the lemon juice and citric acid.

Bottle and use as a concentrate still lemonade for dilution with watesr.
