| 1 | onion,chopped | |
| 12 oz | drumstick and wings | |
| pepper and salt | ||
| 4 tbs | sherry | |
| 2 oz | cream | |
| 8 oz | bacon |
Method
Mince the turkey and mix in the butter, onion, sherry and cream. Season to taste.
Put the mixture into a pate dish and stretch the bacon on the top.
Bake in the oven at 170C for approximately 1.5 hours.
Note: use raw meat.
