Turkey Pate

Ingredients 2 oz Butter, melted
1 onion,chopped
12 oz drumstick and wings
pepper and salt
4 tbs sherry
2 oz cream
8 oz bacon

Method

Mince the turkey and mix in the butter, onion, sherry and cream.  Season to taste.  

Put the mixture into a pate dish and stretch the bacon on the top.

Bake in the oven at 170C for approximately 1.5 hours.

Note: use raw meat.
