Turkey Leftovers

Ingredients 8 - 16 oz Cubed Turkey Leftovers
2 oz Plain Flour
1.5 oz Melted Butter
Stock
Dry Sherry
Salt and Pepper
2 oz Cheese
2 tbs Thick Cream
1 oz Cheese for topping

Method

In a pan melt the butter and stir in the flour.  Fry the flour and butter mixture.  Gradually stir in the stock and the sherry.  Mix in the cheese, thick cream and seasoning.  Add the cubed chicken.

Place in an oven proof dish and grater cheese on top.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350F or until the topping is melted and brown.
