| 4 oz | Breadcrumbs | |
| 2 oz | Shreaded suet eg Atora | |
| 2 tbs | Parsley | |
| 1 tbs | Thyme | |
| salt and pepper | ||
| milk | ||
| 1 | egg | |
| rind and juice | 1 or 2 lemons |
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Spin the lemon juice, egg and a little milk together and then add to the dry ingredients. Mix together to form a ball.
Stuff the bird but remember to allow additional cooking time for the stuffing.
